The employees are friendly, knowledgeable in all immigration and accounting-related paperwork. I appreciate the streamlined administration of their onboarding process. I experienced very prompt, helpful customer service consistently in each department which addressed my questions and concerns. I worked with SST for over 3.5 years. This is the first company I worked as a consultant at the client place. I had lot of inhibitions taking up consultant role from a full-time position at an Indian IT company. Every individual I interacted within this company had been thoroughly professional. I felt very safe and secured being with SST in terms of Visa & payroll processing. Never had a delay in payday, always on-time. Everyone was very responsible in doing their job. Reasonably good group health insurance policy. Very responsive HR, immigration, payroll & admin personnel. Overall, I had a great experience during my tenure with the company as well as when I quit(for a better opportunity). I left the company in good terms. Highly recommend this company.
