I don't se any as they only trick to sign a contract.

Cons

Liars, greedy, deceptive, no values Don't care about employee. More concern on the money they earn out of the sacrifices of employees.

Pros

Company processed my H1B visa.

Cons

No ethics. The management doesn't stick to their promises. As a result employees leave frequently. The owners are interested only in short term benefit; They are not interested on retaining people. I saw a few honest employees breaking down during my time with them.
