Everything is worst I have ever seen in my 20yr of career, they don't pay salaries on time and after you resign they consider you as your enemy and give bad review so you never get a job...Do you guys think you are god
A bogus, nefarious, family-run shady operation with shadier operatives. A pure body-snatcher - nothing more. No IT, No Operational, No Strategic, or tactical experience whatsoever. Just a bunch of nincompoops running a fly-by-night operation. A flake at best, Buyer Beware!
There is no value of your hard work, they keep hiding your incentives and placements, delaying your appraisals (Appraisal %5-10).
When ever you ask anything for your benefits they will start giving excuses.
If you're looking for high salary then do not think about them ever.
Not at all worth it.
don't spoil your career.
They will let you go if you ask for hike and let their business down.
They will hire some joker instead at the same salary.
