Good collegues bad pay and promotions

Pros

Good and smart collegues and options for education. Great cantine in Aarhus and beer on draft in the tower cafe.

Cons

Getting a promotion is notorious difficult as about 4 out of 5 chances are filled by hiring instead of promoting. There are so many external factors that you are better off getting the promotion somewhere else and returning with that. Payment is bad, especially if you stay too long.

I work with people that I like and respect professionally

Cons

Very cheap when it comes to wages. No reward for working hard, taking responsibility, showing leadership, anything like that. No paid overtime. No actual salary negotions. You just have to accept whatever number your manager gives you. That number is 1% for all employees in 2020.
