Progressive, Growing, Flexible

Pros

Very flexible work environment; the kind of place where if you do your job well, nobody messes with you. The company is experiencing large growth, and as a result a lot of people are building processes for the first time. It's a great place to make a real impact. You'll get out what you put in here. You are not just a cog in a machine, but an actual team member. 100% paid health insurance (and it's an actual top-tier plan). Annual bonus.

Cons

Ties with Danish parent company add some pain, but you do get to travel to Denmark. Two weeks paid vacation is surprisingly little for a progressive company.

Really Great Company... Get in now

Pros

Your work matters, you are appreciated, AMAZING benefits, free snacks, flexible schedule, great co-workers... You have the atmosphere of a tech company, but rather than just helping the exec's get rich, the work you do and the product we make and provide saves lives and makes an impact. It is awesome coming to work each day knowing that my work is meaningful. For benefits, they pay 100% of the premium for you and your family for medical, dental and vision.... It is a Platnium level plan with no deductible and low copays for doctor visits and medications. 401K, they match the 1st 4% of your salary... And annual performance based bonuses.... It's pretty awesome!

Cons

Sometimes the hours are long, the company is growing rapidly which leads to some disorganization and lack of processes.

Pros

Lots of highly skilled coworkers. Great employees club. Great cantina. Helps and partially supports extra education. Are very large when people gets sick.

Cons

Promotions are rare and mostly based on luck because managers have no incentive to promote rather than just hire from the outside. Salary is below average for skill level and working hours. In some divisions people are moved a lot between projects. Likes generalists. Specializing is very hard.
