Small company, can be difficult to get in contact with HR

This is the most micromanaging, non-trusting, sneaky, unethical, racist, false advertising, misrepresentation of what they truly are - company I have ever worked for! People are puppets in the company. You do things the way you are told, regardless if it is the wrong thing to do. They have empowered an inexperienced, unprofessional manager to work with their customers because this person’s strings are easiest to pull. Racism in this company is obvious. Your opinion will be heard and ignored. Your attempt to change ANYTHING will result in nothing. And there are more spies, snitches and moles in this small company than one with 1000 employees could ever reach. If you are in the bathroom too long they send people to look for you and tell you to wrap it up.
