      A very intelligent senior staff

      Cons

      The work environment is oppressive. Success is a moving target, with adjustable metrics. Lower management spies on program employees Constant hard sell and estreme pressure causes some in middle management to be dishonest

      They buy free lunch when they over work you

      Cons

      Hardworking and micromanaging. They treat employees like hourly factory worker. No trust from management, and they like to keep everything secret. No work life balance and the pay is very low.

      Pros

      Good management team. The President and SVP, give you all of the tools and resources that you need to be successful. They check in regularly to see how you are doing. Good benefits, health club in the building, free parking. How refreshing.

      Cons

      There is always food in the kitchen. I will weigh 400 pounds soon.
