Overly controlled work environment. You are required to sign in and out, and also do this when/if you leave for lunch. They monitor everything. Flex time or remote work is not allowed. Employees are treated more like hourly factory workers than professionals. The salaries are lower than industry average. No room for growth. They require ties and suits, even though clients and professional meetings are very rare. Casual day is not jeans. The office environment is like the 1970s.

The company is not what they claim it is. They are really just a labor placement company. They claim they have 50 or more employees but in reality it is only closer to 10-15 depending on the amount of incoming work. They have a high turnover rate but try to hide it from their employees. They have a Vice President that is from China and just does not understand at all how business works in this country. If you have knowledge or ideas for business that they like, they will hire you and extract as much info from you then let you go. This company is what I call a vulture company; they prey on people who are desperate for a job. There is no upward mobility in this company at all. They don't pay any severance, and good luck getting your last expense check as well. Very bad company to work for.Benefits are horrible with the worst health insurance options. This company uses the CMMI like a bible. They are extreme micro managers and prefer everyone to work in cubicles right next to one another. There is no trustworthiness in the management at all. This all may seem like a disgruntled employee but I assure you I am not as I left on my own in the end.
