      Pros

      Good, friendly and smart coworkers.

      Cons

      The worst working experience. Top-down decisions are made by CEO with no biological experience. Employees do not speak up because of fear of retribution. Stress for employees are not only due to heavy workload, but also to the humiliation and unfair treatment from management.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at systimmune a lot. The team environment is great here. Everyone is close and cares about each other. There are lots of opportunities for learning and growth as long as you act proactively. Open discussions are encouraged in the team. Different voices are accepted, new ideas are embraced when addressing upcoming issues and challenges. The company is very generous with opportunities to learn and grow. An ample amount of conferences and online learning platforms are provided each year. The management is willing to pay for most professional courses requested by the employees to strengthen their skills.

      Friendly coworkers, and company providing lunches during covid

      Cons

      Management always was looking for ways to make themselves look good at the expense of their employees and created a toxic environment where employees had to go behind each other's back to get ahead. Communication between groups was incredible flawed and management would make individuals go though hoops instead of creating easier ways to communicate for the entire group.
