      not the worst, but much room for improvement

      Pros

      you work with some great people and get a chance to do lots of different things

      Cons

      leadership is out of touch with realistic expectations and constantly changing goals means slow net progress. pay for everyone but entry level is at the low end. non-salary benefits are well below industry standard.

      Great people, growing rapidly, and very stable for a biotech startup. In part because it is consistently funded by its parent company in China

      Management is very conservative with funds on purchasing equipment and salaries
