      Treat staff awfully. Always telling the quiet ones they are not good enough & never change staff roater for equal opportunities in departments (once your on a department you're stuck there)

      High pace working environment and very unique business model, training was not too bad overall. Gives emplyees a good understanding of the basics of business

      Higher management in the area I worked was poor, a very bad culture promoted within the business, expectations were long hours, low amount invested in staff labour, internal ICT systems are ancient
