Pros
Tmobile offers a pretty good Paid Time Off compared to the competition. As a Sytems Engineer , I get 5 weeks of PTO. Very laid back atmosphere. The office bears a deserted look after 5 pm. Good health benefits, 401 K plan.
Cons
The senior leadership management doesn't seem to know what they are doing. They experiment with different things, but end up looking stupid. MOst employees are dissatisfied. There is lack of recognition. Compensation is poor.
