Pros

Great Health/Dental/Vision benefits, incredible employee phone program, employer matched 401K, opportunities for growth and professional development. Very positive Employee culture, T-mobile places a great deal of importance on values.

Cons

retail hours (lack of a set schedule), lack of payroll hours, constantly changing wireless environment, Sales staff could use a seperate in house customer service staff to help deal with Customer service issues

Pros

T-Mobile offered exceptional health and cell phone benefits at very affordable rates. The office was nice, open, inviting and updated.

Cons

Compensation was not in line with competitors. Promotions were given mainly on who liked who. The office was very cliquey.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Training is ongoing and consistent. Emphasis is on living the values. Development is there if you seek it out and remain determined to succeed.

Cons

Uncertainty around the state of the company since the failed acquisiton by AT&T. Our parent company DT is looking to sell off its US operations, but everyone is trying to stay focused.
