      Somewhat disjointed but overall a positive experience

      Pros

      Nice environs for corporate gig. Culture exhibits youthful enthusiasm. Rumor is you can work better hours than Microsoft, but that depends on the case.

      Cons

      Chaotic and disorganized at times, groupthink, inefficiencies, basically the same as any big corporate outfit. They say they are "scrappy" which is both positive and negative.

      Pros

      Excellent discounts on phones and services. Excellent rewards and incentives for performance. With necessary drive and ambition, you are able to advance quickly.

      Cons

      Pay is lower compared to other wireless companies. Training for newer associates are not sufficient, especially if you had no prior wireless training. The company proves to be inconsistent in forcing it's policy. i.e. customer care says one thing and retail sales associate says another thing. Management styles are inconsistent. i.e. one manager enforces policy others don't.

      -Great, cheap benefits -Possibility is there to make a good deal of money -Flexible and employee friendly company

      Cons

      -Expectations were not clear in my store at all (could be individual management) -Ability to grow was hindered by pyramid compensation structure. (RSA to RAM to RSM to DM) -Mixed and frequently conflicting messages from management, changes weekly -RSA is expected to go WAY outside of their job description and sacrifice their commissions to deserve promotions
