      Great phone plan for employees. The benifets are also great.

      Not easy to move up in the market. Goals keep going up.

      -good if you get a good market and specifically Market Manager and Division director -Pay can be good if your hitting your goals which can be possible depending on how they feel like making them for the month. -Fun -Pretty good employee phone plan.

      Cons

      -Get the wrong market, market manager, and divisional director and kiss all the money, fun, reason you want to go to work everyday good bye. -People given positions above you have never been in your shoes, never mind actually working in a t-mobile store. and they expect you to listen to them when they say something asinine for you to do.
