      it has been satisfactory overall, although some managers are not as competent as we had hoped.

      Pros

      Great benefits, most co-workers are friendly, and I like their core values and corporate goals a lot.. very competitive salary structure.

      Cons

      Most managers and assistant managers still display favoritism towards some reps which causes a lot of ripples and antagonism among reps. Complaints are made but it seems that nothing has been done about it. I guess this happens a lot in corporate America. You get promoted quicker if somebody in the higher ups knows you or likes you. Other than that, it's a good company to work for.

      Great Pay and Compensation package - +/- 5 weeks PTO depending on tenure and job level Some teams have excellent management that really care and work hard to support and promote the success of their teams. My team has been completely overhauled in the past year - successfully weeding out the non-performers. Team is the best it's ever been. Has been incredibly innovative in years past Many intelligent and creative people Great eastside location Casual but fast-paced environment

      Cons

      Impending acquisition has created a lot of anxiety Many top performers and long term valued employees are jumping ship taking their tribal knowledge with them. IT Leadership is completely incompetent. - haven't delivered a project on-time and meeting full scope in at least 18 months. IT Management "claims" they are hemorrhaging resources but appear to do nothing to address it. Many IT teams have people sitting around doing nothing...while their management focuses on creating distractions rather than executing on a strategy.
