      It's up for sale, but the nice company culture is still intact

      Pros

      Great people, culture, respect and fair pay. I feel that I make a difference every day and enjoy coming to work in the morning.

      Cons

      The offer to purchase by AT&T has made the future of the company uncertain at the least. There isn't the same pride there used to be.

      Pros

      T-Mobile is a great place to work. In my time there I grew in my career, and it the opportunities afforded to me.

      Cons

      There are a fair amount of people working there who have been there for a long time (10+ years), which can prevent new processes from being adopted to respond to market changes.

      Because the amount of money you make depends on you, work environment is laxed and like a family, provides you with great benefits

      Cons

      commission structure changes are very drastic and too often, organizational changes are often especially as you move further up in the company
