Cons
Promote work-life balance but the volume of work does not support this Executive leadership is out of touch with the front line workforce - a lot of talk but not much action For a technology company we don't seem to have a competent IT department. I have not seen a project rolled out that actually delivered to the BRD. Lots and lots of manual processes to support every "system solution." Lack of communication and alignment between different departments
