Pros

benefits are much better than average for all employees including time off and 401k plan. able to move around the country

Cons

favoritism goes on too much. always short reps in the stores and not replaced fast enough and the store manager has to fill in the hours

Pros

The management is super supportive, the benefits are fantastic through United Health. You get paid time off based on how much you work/how long you've been there, co-workers are supportive and focus a lot on team sales. A very respectful work environment.

Cons

The only really downside of working at T-Mobile is the compensation. The hourly pay is low and the comission is lower then other cell companies. Also you sometimes work long hours and sitting is frowned upon, so after a 9 hour shift and not that great of pay kind of frustrates you.
