Business Outlook
Pros
Good mid-level management, supportive environment where you can develop new professional skills. Great benefits and good pay. A relatively flat organization, my work as a senior analyst and then finance manager has exposed me directly to the top executives -- great to either build confidence or shatter it, but good learning experiences either way!
Cons
Not much opportunity for advancement in terms of upward mobility. It's been difficult to move up and create greater financial opportunity. Executives lack commitment to a vision and are overly focused on short-term results (see below, though, for potential justification).
