      Company is great, Enterprise IT division was lackluster.

      Pros

      Wireless experience is always helpful for the industry. It is a J.D. Powers and Associates leader in customer experience.

      Cons

      Hiring in Enterprise IT became non-diverse as major contractor only hired from specific ethnic group 90% of the time. They were good people but overall results appeared partial.

      Great paid time off program Easy commuting location Large marketing budget Fast moving industry Good salary compensation Interesting technology development

      Horrible senior management vision and execution for past 5 years Missed the boat on critical things including corporate, data, and other foundational elements Lack of vision and foresight is directly correlated with need to merge with ATT&T As a Director, virtually no face time with senior team

      Pros

      One thing I completed enjoyed about my time working for T-Mobile is their benefit package. Offering medical, dental, vision, a good 401K match, short & long term disability for a reasonable price.

      Cons

      I will end by say this...."Living the values" is a slogan only. Inconsistent management, HR is questionable at best, not a positive experience. Great people worked there in my time but they have moved on due to management running rampant on employees.
