Pros

I would say the best reason is the phone plan, which is 24.99 including all minutes, text and Internet plus insurance! Also the insurance is AWESOME it is only 18.00 per two weeks and is 100 percent coverage! Plus full time reps...that's right reps...not managers get over 3 weeks paid time Off to start!!!!

Cons

The market mangers need to understand about technology. They are ok at looking at numbers and seeing if your store is doing ok...but seriously try to have any conversation about anything that has to do with what we actually sell and they have nooooooo clue. Don't you thick anyone in upper management should know at least 10% of what their reps are selling?

Awesome atmosphere and people to work with. Decent pay and good hours plus good customer service. Many locations so its an easy drive.

Cons

Manager I had was not smart at all. Did not teach/coach or try to promote from within. Always hired people from outside sources.
