      Great Company culture

      Pros

      Great company culture and very easy to network amongst peers. Majority of the firm has good flexibility and allows employees to work from home on a flex schedule.

      Cons

      More Pros than cons at the firm but I think it depends on which department you work and your overall career goals. T. Rowe Price is an investment management firm and understand majority of its high paying roles are in investments and leadership.
