      Pros

      Good training, coaching, licensing. Pretty good team environment if you are lucky to get into the right group.

      Cons

      Lower pay than most financial services companies. Coaching opportunities make you feel like you can never do a god enough job. Mgt forgets where they came from. Starting to grade calls, and will tie a "call grade" to performance.
