      A great company to "get your feet wet" in the financial industry

      Pros

      Stable company, great benefits, opportunity for growth (and get Series 7, 66 licences), tuition reimbursement program, decent starting salary, support of management, lots of internal communication, and great co-workers.

      Cons

      T Rowe Price is a great company, but I quickly came to realize that the company pays less than the competition; associates would get their licensing and experience, then would move on to another company where they could get much higher pay. Also, depending on the division, you may be micromanaged.

      Benefits are decent, job security is high, people are nice, perks ok

      Cons

      pay is horrible, positive reinforcement isnt always there, they promote on being nice and not what you know.

      Cons

      Middle Managment provides no further growth opportunities, compensation is horrible. Not enough buy in to truly compete on the retail side of the business.
