Pros
Benefits are pretty good, co-workers are usually very nice and some supervisors empathize with employees enough about the mundane job to give them an hour here and there to work on something different so the employee doesn't go insane.
Cons
The pay is absolutely awful for most employees and the bonuses are laughable. Depending on where you work (most departments, at least in TRPO) you feel like a slave to the phone. Not much in the way of growing within the company. Often times associates know more than the supervisors they work for, considering supervisors and senior representatives constantly move across departments. Morale, in most departments, is non existent.
