      Pros

      great benefits, profit sharing, nice cafeteria and eating area, gorgeous waterfall running through the middle of "campus", most cubicles have window views no matter where you sit

      Cons

      Some of the downsides are its the companies known reputation for low salaries, monotonous dry repetitive job, very clique oriented much like a high school "campus"

      Pros

      T. Rowe Price offers great benefits to its employees. They also offer a great training program for new hires and provide good career development training.

      Cons

      Do not allow for much growth within the firm. They sell the firm by expanding on how they focus on career progression within the firm but did not see much of that while working for them.

      Pros

      Great place to start a career right out of college. Great resume booster for when you more to your second job.

      Cons

      No motivation to do a better job. Salaries are awful, but that said, turnover is high so you cant expect much. Everyone does monkey work and no one other than management is rewarded.
