Exciting atmosphere when the founders were still active and owned the company. Great work - life balance. Creative and supportive environment.

Cons

Sold out to investment group. Owners withdrew from company. Many layoffs. Corporate, uncaring atmosphere

Through years of layoffs and value engineering a few really good people have stayed. They epitomize the CHART values promoted by the company.

Cons

No leadership, only management of current quarter finances. Penny-wise, pound-foolish.
