Good learning opportunities, VERY bad office politics

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop within your niche. Interesting work with lots of different people.

Cons

The office politics is very bad, and weighted toward seniority. In my tenure, very little management presence as three levels of management left within my first two months. Equipment and software was sub-par.

Pros

Ability to make a significant contribution I feel my work is very visible within the company. Coworkers Innovative mood of the company - I'm able to implement new ideas quickly without a lot of politics or hoops to jump through.

Cons

Office can be too quiet with many travelling employees.

- There are a lot of good technical people who work at T System - The product is well-liked by the users

Cons

- The atmosphere of the company is poor, always wondering about being laid off - Management makes some strange strategic decisions - Very female unfriendly - Top management/support functions very heavy in relation to implementation/development/technical
