-Growing company with expanding markets -Growth opportunities both personally and professionally -The right people in the right positions - Pretty good work home life balance - Flexibility -Management truly cares about you and your family

Cons

As T-system continues to grow at a the current pace, there is always a lot going on and plenty of work, the pace can be stressful at times. Breakdown in communication

Great Industry, Great People, and Flexible Environment

Pros

Great Industry - healthcare IT is an area of great growth and innovation Great people - always willing to jump in and help Flexible environment - an understanding that an employee is not a human resource but a person with activities outside of work as well so schedule is fairly flexible and time off is not defined (take it when/if you need it) Significant leeway/independence on the technology side - the goal is a great solution to the problem; no predefined technical dogmas

Cons

The office space and the area right around the office building in Dallas are very nice - there's a pond, walking trail, places to eat nearby, etc. but traffic getting in and out can be hectic at times. They do allow working remotely some time every week so that helps.

Pros

Great people, benefits, flexible schedules, challenging and exciting work. Company has had some challenges in the past but the new executive team is committed to its employees and moving the business in the right direction. Promising future!

Cons

Sometimes is challenging with such a large remote work force but getting better at communication.
