Pros

All the Pros I have for T-System were in the days of the past owners. There is not much left from then though.

Cons

The people are by far the best, and worst, things about this company. The people tend to be very cliquish and just do not care about the employees the way they had in the past. They tend to treat people based on whether or not they "feel" like you are entitled to something and do not keep that treatment equal across the board.

Pros

Friendly, outgoing, professional, hardworking. Client focused. Have identified some of the changes that need to take place to attract additional and new talent.

Cons

Poor departmental communication, Still struggling a bit with divisional identity. Medical Benefits still very expensive. Recent layoffs have some concerned.

good place to get entry level experience

Cons

too many layoffs, poor communication within the organization, not investing in the right areas, no room for growth unless you move to another dept. Doesn't do charitable work, more focused on profit
