Pros

There are no pros. The teachings are based on honesty and integrity but not practiced. Upper management and the team of lawyers and disreputal human resource personnel that 'run' the place actually encourage bad and immoral behavior. Salary employees are allowed to harrass and intimidate the hourly employees. The lawyers put on a prevention of harrasment training program yearly and use examples of harrasment but leave out the facts that they knowingly allow it to happen and participate. Once the person in question is counseled the accuser(s) have a target put on them and they find reason to get rid of them. The officers of the company turn a blind eye to the bad behavior and play favorites with the 'charmed' employees. Of course the friends and family of the executives are the worst offenders and get by with any number of illegal and immoral behaviour.

Cons

It is a terrible company to work for if you have any morals or feelings for fellow human beings.

Overemphasis on culture

Pros

Base pay and the peers that you'll work with

Cons

Only a $500 401k match, 5 vacation days, overall substandard benefits for a modern company. The Six Sigma program is marketed as an opportunity for JMOs to enter a leadership pipeline and make impactful changes on the company. However, you'll quickly find that you're used as a forcing function at the plants to get the executives pet projects done. There is a massive emphasis on culture, but it doesn't permeate throughout the company and is mostly lip service from a good ole boy system. There is also very, very little diversity and you'll find group think at every turn.

Unethical with terrible benefits

Pros

Only the pay, but it isn't worth it

Cons

Discriminatory practices, lack of employee power to stand up to illegal behavior, a lot of favoritism, terrible management, only HDHP and no time off in first year. Employees are so fearful that I'm sure they are scared to leave negative reviews.
