Toxic culture and bad management

Accept a job here if you have no other option. Leadership is extremely secretive paranoid and old school. CEO is in charge and everybody else just bow to him. Leadership are heavy drinkers and most team building activities revolve around drinking alcohol. HR is very insensitive about legal matters and you will be asked illegal/inappropriate questions even during the interview.

Pros

There WAS a solid leadership team there who cared.

Cons

The CEO - YIKES. The company has a lot of promise. The CEO needs to admit that he has absolutely no clue how to run a business and step aside. He's had 100% turnover at the leadership level and it will continue.
