Toxic, Visionless, and Built on Favoritism

Pros

* Decent salary and benefits. * Got hands-on experience with interesting tech and ideas, regardless of product success.

Cons

* Rumblings of pay disparity between departments as well as those who are "favored" employess vs. the "other" employees. * Leadership undervalues certain valuable employees, eroding morale and long-term sustainability. * Company blind to emerging technologies at competitors that will soon surpass their own. * Failure to invest in people or innovation leaves them vulnerable to failure. * Culture rewards flattery over foresight, undermining competitiveness and credibility. It also tolerates gossip and negativity toward ex-employees. * Management told to leave good reviews on Glassdoor.

- The culture at TARGAN is great! I work with very supportive/caring individuals, who push me to my full potential every day. I'm grateful for my TARGAN family. - The leaders at TARGAN encourage collaboration & creativity, they treat all team members with respect and really value everyone's thoughts, ideas, and opinions. - You feel appreciated . (The simple "thank you's", "You're doing great!", & "I appreciate you's" go a long way! & not to mention every month we have "Birthday & Work Anniversary" celebrations!...The food and treats we're showered with are AMAZING! Cookies, pies, ice cream, fruit, sundae's, etc. - GROWTH; You. CAN. Grow. at. TARGAN! There are so many opportunities' to grow and expand here. I have been promoted twice since my start almost 2 years ago. - TARGAN takes care of it's employees (Competitive pay). - Really great place to work!

Cons

- The commute to TARGAN isn't the best.
