      Nonexistent work-life balance

      Pros

      There's a lot on my plate so I learned a lot of things even those outside from scope. I'm still grateful for all the experience and the learnings though.

      Cons

      I knew the nature of my job would really require longer hours and overtime but I wasn't prepared to neglect my personal life and relationships for the sake of my work. I still believe that I can somehow achieve a healthy work-life balance somewhere else just not in this hopeless place.

      Pros

      Straight-forward implementations and systems Many products and technologies available to sharpen skills on, if able to do self-study

      Cons

      Everything mentioned in previous reviews (and then some) Horrendously poor communication and collaboration Mid-level managers possess no people skills At best a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" atmosphere

      Pros

      I was able to endure and survive the kind of environment the company and its people have established.

      Cons

      The environment is very unhealthy, people on every level and department try to throw each other under the bus. There's always some sort of conflict going on between departments, teams, and individuals. I'm surprised i survived and go out alive.
