      Pros

      Much experience has been gained to move on to bigger and better things.

      Cons

      Poor managers that feel threatened. Managers use intimidation to lead. Lack of clear communication and training, you must learn on the spot. Not collaborative, workers in the field get the short end of the stick. Overall, company doesn't care about employees, only bottom line.

      They will do anything to not pay you for what you deserve

      Pros

      The other employees working are usually cool guys. They all feel the same struggle that you feel.

      Cons

      Poverty poor management, pay structure is terrible, managers only care about numbers and racism runs deep into this company. The company is unable to keep technicians due to low pay and unrealistic expectations along with long hours. You are expected to do far more than your job title. Truly a terrible company to work for.

      Pros

      The job security was there.

      Cons

      It was difficult to process customer refunds. The workload was also much higher than the pay. Overall, I regret that I wasted so many precious months of my career here. These people are not worthy of honest and dedicated professionals like me. They don't even care about the customers too.
