      Pros

      I was called by a Recruiter name Brigette to work for TBC Corp in Florida. She is the warmest and kindest person I have ever met. I didn't know her before that first phone call, but she made me want to work for TBC before I ever got hired. Once I got hired it felt like home right from day one. The people at TBC Corp are the best people and it’s the Best Company I have ever worked for. They have done everything to be helpful and caring they are very professional and they want you to succeed. I am grateful to Brigette for having faith in me and for Tracey G my boss for believing in me to hire me. I love working for TBC and you will too.

      Pros

      Morale has improved over the past few years, work/life balance has improved and upper management is more engaged and listening to employees and their wants/needs

      Cons

      Vacation Time and cost of healthcare (but that cost is rising everywhere)

      Pros

      They have a great employee purchase plan! If you can sell, and manage not to burn the place down, "opportunity for advancement" awaits you! Most of their stores have an established customer base.

      Cons

      Hours of business are not practical (Even for a retail establishment). There is very little support from store level management. The commission plan is too aggressive, and base pay is too low. It is hard to close sales because pricing is astronomical and most of the customer base is aware of it. You'll spend a large amount of time "haggling". There are a large amount of phone shops, and secret shoppers.
