I worked as a contractor for 1 year and they were extremely generous with PTO and bonuses. If I ever needed something, I could contact my recruiter and expect a very quick response. Appreciate the overall generosity of TCC

Cons

For my project specifically, management could have had better communication from top to bottom.

The team is honest, they work to help you in any scenario the contract my bring. If your assigned recruiter cant help, they refer you to others, they check in. If they don't have the answers they work with you to get you in the right direction.
