Opportunity Involvement Growth Flat org structure Owners know who you are Expansion unit new markets Location on the Monon Trail -encourages walking breaks Casual Large learning environment Ability to really make a difference Cookouts on the Patio every month Charity work sponsored often

Cons

Benefits could be better Building space is limited At this time mostly state contract work, processes must align with states - each one its own challenge Need to expand into iOS space to support non -government interests in our work

Pros

TCC helps train employees in new and emerging technologies. They recently acquired a new company and are expanding quickly. The management is quick, and accessible to everyone that works there. The location of the office is great and close to a neat part of Indianapolis.

Cons

If you are not quick on your feet, you will not last due to the quick pace of the company. The parking lot is always full, partially due to the location.

Pros

Work-life balance is important to the company, they respect the fact that you have outside obligations. Great benefits and compensation. TCC's culture is remarkable, my previous company was very toxic, micro-managed with non existent work-life balance. TCC has offered me the ability and freedom to further my education (if desired) as well as contribute to the community through various organizations. A culture were I feel comfortable & encouraged to express my ideas without fear of backlash. I wish I would've joined the company sooner.

Cons

For myself, there are no cons. TCC is a breath of fresh air.
