They really take care of their people, company-paid training/upskilling, good benefits.

Cons

Federal contracting has become quite risky these days, once you are no longer needed, you simply go. Bear in mind this is sometimes outside the company's control though but again, being a federal contractor now it is less stable than 3-5 years ago.
