Values employee happiness and proves it by investing money and people through monthly happiness sprees (team building activities) and charity sprees (employee sponsored charity events).

Cons

Because it is a government contracting company, it often runs into constraints due to the federal customer.

TCG truly cares about its employees. We have Core Values and management and employees live by them. We have great perks and benefits, but our best asset is our people.

Cons

Salaries can by higher at larger companies.

While the government drives a hard bargain for the services we deliver, we aim to pay all our staff competitive salaries, and pay for objective data sources to continually assess them.
