Caring management, the management team has a department that focuses on employee happiness, the telework policy is amazing, everyone's work is recognized and appreciated .

I'm very happy to be a part of TCG. I feel valued and know that all levels of management welcome my feedback on everything from the direction of the company, to what benefits are offered (there are many), to personal career development. The company mission focuses not only on success in business but on doing good in the world. Teleworking is strongly encouraged provided it meets the client's needs, which I appreciate both as a work/life balance benefit and for the reduced environmental impact of fewer employees commuting to the office every day. The company is serious about doing great work but the culture is fun and a little bit quirky.

Cons

TCG does primarily government contracting, so flexibility of working from home depends on the client.

The company has a whole team designed to help employees achieve professional goals, team building activities, and an overall great employee experience.

Cons

Sometimes employees have to wear multiple hats to get a project to completion but the PMs and upper management support any necessary certification or additional tools to allow for his/her success.

Our staff are intelligent and collaborative, which sometimes results in folks wearing multiple hats to contribute their skills where we see a fit. While it can sometimes be a bear, the result is often staff learning from each other, growing professionally, and success for staff, the project, and the company.
