Pros

- Telecommuting saves me time and allows me to work comfortably - Executive management always available and actually listens to feedback - The collaborative environment is open, so you don't have to compete with other egos when making decisions

Cons

- Communication between different departments is sometimes lacking - a growing pain for a company that is quickly expanding

Thanks for your comments. We too are concerned that folks might lose their connection as the company grows. That’s why we’ve started new programs like Lunch with Dan and the Communities of PIE so that folks that would not normally get to interact or work together get the opportunity to do so.

Management focus on work / life balance, lots of company sponsored activities that come from the ideas of employees. Great benefits and excellent employee-centric attitude that comes from the top.

Cons

It's all government contracting, so if you're into that, there's not much of a downside

Pros

TCG management works very hard to build a pleasant and productive work environment. They provide a wide range of perks and benefits ranging from 401(k) matching to tickets to sports events. TCG also promotes employee development with a training budget for each employee and proactively working with employees on the direction they'd like their careers to progress. The most telling statement I can make about TCG is: I have been here about 9 years and have no plans on moving on anytime soon.
