Pros

TCG has an incredibly smart and supportive executive team. They directly exhibit the culture that can be seen throughout the organization. It is remarkable that this company has the business and process maturity of organizations 10/100x its size, while still retaining the operational agility and relationship closeness that is such a hallmark of well-run small businesses. The attention paid to the development of every associate is something I have not seen at any other place I've worked - small or large business.

Cons

Absolutely none. I couldn't be happier in my professional direction than I am at TCG.

TCG's culture is fantastic, it's a great group of people who are mission driven and truly wish to provide value to the federal clients they serve. The work perks are out of this world and there is a great emphasis on development and opportunity.

Cons

Limited maternity leave benefits.
