Pros

Amazing culture, tons of flexibility, very honest and open management that walk the walk on culture, unorthodox perks and benefits (like shoe reimbursement to encourage walking to work), and really fun and intelligent employees. It is a quirky and growing company that is unlike anywhere I've ever worked. There is a refreshing absence of workplace drama of any kind.

Cons

I keep waiting for the Cons to rear their ugly heads but the never seem to materialize. There are some growing pains and challenges ahead as the company scales, but everyone seems to take it in stride.

Cons

TCG employees are either client-site or remote (at home) so chance encounters are limited. Camaraderie is built through get-togethers (company meetings and happy hours), virtual collaboration sessions, online tools, and a lot of Hangouts!
