- Work/life balance. Families are HIGHLY valued. - Benefits..tons and tons of great benefit/perks - CEO is consistently fair, open, honest and exceedingly transparent. - Training is encouraged with an annual training budget provided - Community outreach - Committed to providing value by understanding the needs of it's clients, employees and communities - TCG invests in it's employees so we invest in ourselves. - Compensation? Highly competitive. - High morale/low turn-over

Cons

Maybe. Only if too much happiness and success in the workplace isn't such a good thing.

Pros

Generous benefits plan (i.e. company-paid health insurance, metro benefits, etc), small enough company where you have a direct line of contact with management, and open to giving you opportunities to do things that likely won't be possible at a large company

Cons

No subsidized parking (only subsidized metro), submitting reimbursements for cellphone/gym/etc could be a bit easier (but then again, TCG reimburses things that most other companies won't, so just being nit-picky on this).

Pros

TCG has been flexible, moving me as I needed from PT, to FT, to PT. TCG has been flexible when folks wish to move around, whether to enhance their skill sets, got bored, or other reasons and wanted a change from time to time. Some teams are FT on site-, some 100% telecommute; some PT 100% telecommute so there's something for everyone. Everyone is really focused on making government meet their goals, there is 100% collaboration between and among teams, and a flat hierarchy. Benefits are amazing, and the management and staff are just fun, responsible, smart, and interesting. You might earn a few dollars more elsewhere, but I'm not sure about the fun factor ;) This is a quality of life company.

Cons

There is a set number of states you can work from as an employee.
