      Cons

      A few toxic folks you must navigate around here and there. Not as much growth opportunities.

      Still loving TCG!

      Pros

      Great people, including management, who show compassion, aptitude, and enthusiasm every day. Very employee focused company and always trying to be better and do better to make the world a better place.

      Cons

      Work is work, and sometimes things can get busy and stressful, especially in this industry. I adamantly believe TCG does everything it can to alleviate these challenges while staying a progressive and competitive workplace. This translates to feeling as if it's a team effort to attack issues as they crop up, and my coworkers have my back.

      Pros

      The ability to work from home and manage a healthy work life balance is incredible. We work smarter, not harder, and everyone is very collaborative.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
