Pros

- Flexible hours - Great for college student schedules, because of the long hours - FUN environment at first - Bank events are great

Cons

- Ran like a zoo - No room for growth - if you want to move ahead, you have to be a friend of a manager or you have to suck up heavily. - Raises are skimpy, .25 cents seriously - They want you to work on days that they are short, but if they see you are going to recieve overtime on you timecard, they will send you home, on the days you are actually scheduled. - Management is constantly talking about their personal problems. - Head tellers feel they can do whatever they please ( INCLUDING FRADULENCE, DIFFERENCES, and EXCESSIVE LATENESS) - Managers feel they can talk to you however they feel ( DISRESPECTFUL) -

Pros

Flexible hours, focus on customer service is top notch - winner of JD Power and Associates award, great staff moral and good benefits (stock purchase, pension, salary & bonuses).

Cons

sometimes too much politics. A little bit of the old boys network still in play. Limitations as far as advancement without ability to move.

Pros

-Excellent company (the praise they get from customers, the things they have done that has rocked the stuffy banking industry) -Recognition (they have numerous programs) -Training (there are TD University training classes for virtually everything) -The culture (whether its cheesy or not, there is no denying that it is a unique place to work. Gets taken advantage of until you cross over to another bank and hate it) -Willingness to change (they are never worried about making improvements)

Cons

-The pay is pretty much the worst. I never wanted to leave the company, but I was getting paid only a few dollars more than a CSR to HIRE those CSRs. -Opportunity for career advancement is quite hard in the support areas. Unless you live around or want to commute to the HQ in Mt Laurel, you are pretty much only given a very thing path of advancement. I had only TWO positions (same job, just two actual people) that I could have been promoted into.
