Pros

Good supervisor in Waco who cares about productivity, honesty, and quality

Cons

Austin service group is a click. Supervisor likes the guys who click with him even though they skirt around work. They take 1 1/2 hr lunches and I will not fit in with this work ethic. Many other employees feel the same but don’t speak up. They tell me that they just slow down in order not to be take advantage of. I will not slow down either and stoop to their level. I am not a fit for this company, culture is set in.
