Great benefits, so many learning and training opportunities, mostly great people and managers, easily move up or change departments if wanted.

Cons

Now a VERY corporate structure. Losing many employees of 20+ years with new structure and management style. Pay scales based on tiers of employees, but they undersell you. Employees are numbers now, they don’t care about employee satisfaction or creating “partners” in a valued culture.
